MSI really does not care

I am still in shock. I am writing this post with my old HP6715s laptop, can you imagine that. It is like 5 years old. Why? Because MSI fucked me over really good. My laptop GT70 broke down after I updated BIOS, which I had to because my usb hard drive was keep on disconnecting all the time. 

So update from previous article, my laptop finally arrived to Poland from Austria. It took garbage Austrian company 2 weeks to send a simple laptop to Poland, because garbage MSI has only one service venter in Europe. 

They rather make people send their laptops to another country than make a small office with all needed parts in Austria, or any other European country. 

I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS IN MY LIFE. 

So now rather then lying on a beach in Thailand, have to endure this awful fuck you attitude. This is just crazy, how MSI does not have major service in every country where they sell products. This is direct fuck you attitude to customers who bought their crappy shit. 

And that is not all. You can post questions directly to MSI on MSI.com where you register your laptop. But dont expect an answer soon. I am waiting more than one week to get a reply from MSI. I can't believe it how this company does not give a fuck. I guess the bosses in Taiwan or who knows where this company come from dont know what is going on here or are too busy singing karaoke and slurping their noodles and eating cats.....

I will not be surprised if this company closes down. What a shame. I never had to send any laptop to repair. The last laptop was breaking down after 2 years, that is true, but it still worked. Imagine me staying in Thailand and be without laptop. I am lucky I was at home preparing to go back. 

Be careful buying from these idiots. I will think again when buying from MSI, probably will not.
