Buying things on Ebay

I started to buy things on ebay this year, because here in Brazil, the goods are overpriced because of high import tax, and also Brazil's shops don't have a lot of different brands that I love. I bought like 10 products this year. However, I would say to be careful when buying on eBay. It takes time until you receive the shipment, and you have 45 days to complain to paypal. I bought water bottle Podium Big Chill From CAMELBAK, and the company claims there is no plastic taste from the bottle. I have been using this bottle for a while, and it is just horrible. It has that plastic awful taste. I tried to use baking soda, to clean that taste away, but nothing helps.

Why it is written TRU TASTE on the bottle, that is an obvious spam? Or maybe the seller got a cheap batch of these bottles that had this bad taste, and he got better price?

Then there are Nike's shorts. I bought four items, three Jordan shorts and one Kobe shorts. On 2 Jordan shorts, the stitch came out and destroyed completely one of my shorts. I was really pissed. On second shorts, the stitch came out too, but it was not so horrible. I am really pissed. This never happens when you are buying stuff in shops, but like I said, Jordan Nike shorts are hard to get. However, still next time, I will check each item thoroughly and then charge back if there is a problem.

And there was a Chinese guy from Hong Kong, who sold me a lighter, but the lighter did not work. I complained and got my money back.

Be careful when buying on ebay, there is a lot of junk being sold there even though you get original tags.
